Rising out of the Rain.
Common question from potential clients: Can you build this in the rainy season?
Our reply: Absolutely.
After all, this is the Pacific Northwest, and we are Vancouverites. Building in the rain is what we do. All the time. Would we prefer sunshine? Of course. Does the rain hold us back? Nada.
Case in point: Check-out the progress on the laneway house we are building in Vancouver right this very moment. Our awesome site manager and excellent crew are building this little gem under the rain clouds. Massive kudos are due all around for their ability, dedication and water resiliency.

Framing is underway on the second floor. Our crew placed the ridge beam today and began work on the vaulted ceiling.
It’s a House!
After months of drawing, permitting and building all the bones, this baby is looking like a house! Our crew has been out in the sun, rain, light and increasing darkness forming, pouring, stacking, hauling, framing, sheeting and everything else needed to make this house grow from nothing into our client’s dream home. Check-out the progress now that the roof is underway:
